For the Home Gym

Row, ski or ride to fitness with our RowErg ($990), SkiErg with optional Floor Stand ($1070) and BikeErg ($1100). Our family of ergs reliably measure your work and when used together, they provide complementary workouts for full-body fitness. Each erg includes the PM5 Performance Monitor to help monitor progress. For those who already have a RowErg or BikeErg, consider adding a Concept2 floor mat ($55) for the RowErg or BikeErg. The floor mats are perfectly sized to fit under either machine and can be used on any surface to help protect the floor and eliminate slippage.

Connect to Apps and Shows

Our phone cradle and device holders make it easy to use a fitness app or enjoy your favorite programs. The Smartphone Cradle (compatible with the PM3, PM4 and PM5) is a convenient way to perch a phone while working out with ErgData or a compatible app, keeping data within reach. Our device holders ($25) for the RowErg, BikeErg and SkiErg are quick and easy to retrofit and accommodate most smartphones and tablets and allows for easy viewing of fitness apps and shows. Find the right app that motivates you, whether you want to follow along with a Regatta Fitness trainer or cycle against other athletes on Zwift.

Even though the lakes freeze over here in Vermont, we can’t help dreaming of spring training on the water. For your on water athlete, make travel easier with a Scull Case ($170). It protects equipment and is perfectly sized “wrapping paper” for new sculls! (If you order new sculls, we can even ship them in the scull case.) A cozy new hoodie, sweatshirt or beanie will also make great gifts for a pre- or post-on water row.

Train Smart(er)
